I am Alain Durand, founder of Co-addev.
Originally trained as an scientist, I have had the opportunity to build my professional experience across the public sector and research, start-ups and small businesses, SMEs, and two large corporations, in France and in the UK.
Throughout these experiences, one question has consistently stood out: how can an organisation's objectives be aligned with the dynamics of the people who bring it to life?
After 20 years of professional experience, I decided to return to university to become a psychologist, specialising in social psychology. This field explores human behaviour, particularly how people interact with their social environment, groups and interpersonal relationships. Today, I bring together these two areas of expertise, along with my commitment to helping leaders, institutions and organisations understand, nurture and develop their human capital, while remaining mindful of the broader challenges and objectives that underpin their activities.
